Sweet, refreshing and energizing, fruits of all types can be uniquely displayed for a fun, colorful table set up. Ask the chef or caterer to carve special designs in some of the fruit that match the theme of the event. Pinterest is a good resource for inspiration for fruit carving ideas. ■ Image Example Shared By Northwest Georgia Trade & Convention Center in Dalton, Ga. Stage A Red Carpet Event With Paparazzi Photo Backdrop Bring some enthusiasm to the entrance of your event by staging a red carpet picture-taking area. These are great for attendees who like to post to social media sites— and the set up is simple. Most event venues will have a backdrop with logos, but if not, printed back- drops can easily be purchased from a national or regional vendor. The backdrops can display logos or images. Set up lighting that brightens up the photo area and have a photographer taking pictures that are uploaded to a shared site such as a Flickr page. Another photo option is photo booths where attendees can wear fun hats and accessories. ■ Image Example Shared By Jackson (Miss.)
