Start with your basic needs and then build, rather than cut options." 16 ConventionSouth SEPTEMBER 2012 Small Meeting Expert Shares Her Dos & Don'ts For Keeping Your Small Events Under Budget By Marcia Bradford We recently caught up with Jaynie Schultz, partner at the Texas-based site-selection firm Retreat Central, and discussed todayʼs latest meetings trend: small meetings with small budgets. Schultz said these meetings are more common than ever before and thatʼs one of the main reasons that she and Co-Founder Debra Williams created the company.
