MARK WILSON General Manager The Bourbon Orleans, of the New Orleans Hotel Collection New Orleans, La. 33 Years In The Business A Passion for Hospitality Getting selected as a Silver Plume General Manager of the Year would be a great honor in any location, but to receive this distinction in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, where there are ap- proximately 300 hotels, is truly an achievement. Mark Wilson, general manager of The Bourbon Orleans was recently presented with this special honor, one of Where New Orleans Magazine's 26th Annual Silver Plume Hospitality Awards. Presented annually throughout North Amer- ica and Europe, Where's Silver Plume Awards honor local hotel industry professionals for their ongoing contributions to tourism.
