Smoky Mountain Cities Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville & Blount County
Tennesseeʼs Smoky Mountains region is wholesome indulgence as the folks at the Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism term it. Along with Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville offer plenty of family-friendly entertainment. Pigeon Forge offers attractions such as Dollywood theme park, Titanic Museum and Attraction, and Flyaway Indoor Skydiving, among many more. Gatlinburgʼs numerous attractions include Ripleyʼs Aquarium of the Smokies, which has recently added swimming mermaids; Ober Gatlinburgʼs amusement park and ski resort; Gatlinburg Ziplines Family Adventure; and Guinness World Records Museum. The Sevierville areaʼs offerings include Foxfire Mountains Swinging Bridge (the longest in the U.S.); Wahoo Adrenaline Park with ziplines, jet boats and a skybridge; and Cirque de Chine, a troupe of Chinese acrobats and dancers.
Plus, they have a built-in advantage over most convention locales…the gorgeous backdrop of the Smoky Mountains and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. ■
