The Civic Center complex, Laredo's first meeting facility, provides an auditorium, a 24,470-square-foot banquet hall and four meeting rooms. Another of Laredo's impecca- bly flexible meeting areas is the 28,000- square-foot Laredo Entertainment Center. This is the column free space available to exhibitors on the floor; an additional 32,000 square feet is on the concourse level. It also offers six meeting rooms and in-house catering. Laredo also has several full-service hotel properties that can accommodate your meet- ing, including the award-winning Embassy Suites and historic La Posada, along with in- dustry stalwart, the Holiday Inn Civic Center. Of the newly expanded hospitality market's 44 hotels, 18 offer meeting space.
