What was considered the typical trade show—a seemingly endless line of booths set up with products related to the sector and seminars presenting keynote speakers with important but often long-winded speeches —is no longer the norm. The new norm is what would have been considered any- thing but normal 10 years ago. Trade shows and expo events are indeed changing with the times. Pre and post-trade show networking events are on the rise. The Woodlands Waterway in Texas offers a fun, conve- nient and safe venue for social gatherings before or after the show.
