Several other properties are opening soon or completing upgrades, according to Explore St. Louis. Hotel St. Louis, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel, is expected to open in late 2018 with 140 guest rooms, a ballroom, a spa and a rooftop pool and lounge. Live! By Loews is a $65 million, 216-room hotel, with 17,000 square feet of event space, expected to open in 2020 as part of Ballpark Village, directly across from Busch Stadium. The Last Hotel (named after a shoe-making tool once used in the build- ing that used to house the International Shoe Company) is planned to open in early 2019. The 10-story hotel will have 142 guest rooms, rooftop amenities and event space. Top off-site event venues in the city, accord- ing to Explore St. Louis, include spaces at the city's iconic brewery, Anheuser-Busch, which offers a number of venues and entertainment options, including The Biergarten that can host up to 300 people outdoors and 200 indoors; City Museum, which has a variety of rooms for private events, including the Vault Room, that can seat up to 200 for dinners, and Architectural Hall, that can seat up to 300; and the National Blues Museum, which has two main venues that each can host up to 150 people for receptions.
